I am really glad that I found this site. And i've gotten so much help and advice from basically everyone =) But I was wondering if there is a similar site which provides a forum for aviation enthusiasts? If you know any, please PM me.. I wonder if pasting a link is called advertising /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif

You should check out airliners.net... I hear they have a bunch of enthusiasts over there... and a well of unproffesional opinions to sort through /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Well, don't tell anyone around here, but I've been frequenting a site for about three years or so. The webmaster is a first officer on the MD-80/90's with an airline based in Atlanta. It's really cool because it's got forums on general subjects, corporate/fractional/charter aviation, a family section, a whole section devoted to flight academies and even one to FBO's. There's even a place where folks can go to rant about anything non-aviation (which usually means politics).

Drop me a PM and I'll give you the site because I'd hate to offend the webmaster of THIS site.

Well, we've got a variety of nationalities, major, frieght, regional, CFI, flight simmer, gay, straight, girl, boy, retired, college student, wives, husbands, girlfriends, boyfriends, mistresses (oh, that's another site!), liberal, conservative, moderate, old, young...

It's an aviation "United Nations" of sorts. You guys "make it", I just installed the software, crank out HTML code and occasionally make these long, drawn out sililoquoys about absolutely nothing! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thanks for remembers us ramps who make sure your plane is loaded and balanced so all you have to do is ask the FA for something to drink.....haha
