ORD pad

You may want to consider hotels for just a month or two - there are a LOT of DFW pilots headed up there soon & arranging to create their own crash pad(s). Not to mention ALPA is saying we all might be displaced again before the current round takes effect...

I actually spoke to your husband about sharing a pad in ord, I really don't want to hotel it unless it'll be cheap but I don't think those exist

A couple of us from Houston will be looking when the UAL south operations (dispatch) heads north at the end of May.

I know of one for 185/mo. I think there are openings. It's got good AC, and is super close to the train station. PM me for the number if you're interested.

A lot of people hate this place but the Quality Inn. $38 a night out the door and they have a dive bar, free breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. I found it to be cheaper than most of the crash pads I looked at.

New pad opening in April 2013. It's a 2 minute walk from the Jefferson Park Blue Line stop (4th from the airport). No hot bunks and only 4 beds per room. That means more nights without sharing a room. Cable, wifi, and a pool table. Run by an expressjet pilot. For more info email brickpad@gmail.com
