That's a pretty cool site. I like the fact that the charts are high resolution, and most of them are current. I kinda like playing around with www.runwayfinder.com It has some pretty nice features -- though none of the charts are current.
 
Yeah, I just mentioned the Denver one because it just expired and there was a fairly significant change on it.

For the most part they do look pretty up to date though.

Just looked through the site and there is mention about updates:

It is my goal to always provide current charts. The way they come from the FAA is as 200dpi TIFF files. Uploading, scaling, and tiling is a process that takes days and results in 2.4 Gigabytes of tile images. This last month, I had the new charts up on the 27th, which was 5 days past the the issue date of the 22nd. I hope and wish to do better, but I think that 5 days is probably what you can come to expect.

So am I right that the colors are:

Magenta = LIFR
Red = IFR
Blue = MVFR
Green = VFR
