A collision occurred involving a Harbour Air DHC-3T Turbine Otter and a Seair DHC-2 Beaver. The right-hand wing of the DHC-2 separated and the right-hand wing of the DHC-3 fractured in the occurrence.
Vancouver Police say someone stole a float plane and fled the scene after the accident.

DEVELOPING: Vancouver Police say someone stole a float plane. It’s believed he was airborne before landing. Right wing missing on Seaair float plane. Harbour Air plane has damage to right wing. Witnesses saw a man running away. He has not been located.

Note the missing right wing two aircraft behind the one with the damaged right wing.
