Offline UAL jumpseat

I had issues recently out of LAX on UA with the new CO res system. By the time I went to the 7th gate agent (and almost 2 hours later) I was able to be listed. I barely made the flight.

The SkyWest folks in LAX were spot on, just handed me a paper JS form and that was that. (I think they were SKW and not CO/UA, since it was a SKW flight.)

Good to know, though. United's my back-up for getting to work these days.
