I will say that it is eaiser to find the thread for Pubnat 5/6 than trying to look through all the "Official" threads. But I can't officially post here till tomorrow. So see y'all then!

Well, we could either:

1. start another thread that says ***Official waiting for FOL PubNat5/6***
2. keep using this thread with the understanding that it includes those going the traditional route.
3. let this thread die and keep using the PubNat 5/6 thread.

I don't really have a preference, I do feel the angst in the posts from those going the traditional route (maybe feeling a but jipped). But there is something nice about knowing that you have moved onto the next step and you have a shiny new thread to post on. Discuss amongst yourselves and decide. We hav plenty of time to think about it. From what my husband was told at the PEPC, no one in this round of PEPCs should expect a class date before the next CALENDAR year. Forget October and start thinking about January or later. Not very encouraging. :mad: But I digress, I don't want to hurt feelings, so I'll hang out in whichever thread y'all decide is best. :laff:

If you're going to a facility with high need, you might go earlier. I'm heading to Alaska, and was told today that I should expect an FOL in 4-6 weeks, and to be in OKC by the end of summer.

I wouldn't count on it. It easily takes 4-6 weeks to get your clearances, barring any complications that may arise.

Not to be cynical, but post FY09 is your best bet.

Well, that's what I was originally planning on, so if it turns out that way, no worries.

Swinte, whos gonna keep everyone on level 1 after you go to the academy!?

Talking about academy dates reminds me of old fishing stories, the dimensions hardly ever match up...

TOL in hand for N90, waiting on FOL

I apped VRA, so the 5/6 thread seemed inappropriate.
