OBAP Appointments?

Anyone else having trouble scheduling F2F appointments? I have sent an email to OBAP and am awaiting a response...
 
I received an email Saturday that said all slots are full, and now there is no button to add an appointment. But when I go to edit my appointments it shows open slots, so hopefully its just a site error for you guys.

I would hope so, here's what I see when I click edit my Delta appointment, plenty of blocks open:

There have been issues with the scheduling system. Below is a quote from OBAP.

"We have received numerous emails about the 2016 convention appointment scheduler. The appointment scheduler is currently out of service due to a technical error that allowed attendees to overbook the recruiter calendars. Because it's important to us that each of you have adequate face time with the recruiters that you'd like to see, our IT team is working aggressively on the repair. We will have a limited number of additional appointments when the system is back up."

Please be patient. Everything will be resolved soon.
 
Great, so now there's a ton of us waiting around on baited breath, ready to crash their server at the word "GO"!

I sure hope I'm not in the bathroom, sleeping, or (gasp) flying an airplane when their "IT problem" gets resolved...

Truth be told, it wouldn't be consistent with my career fair experiences if there wasn't at least one little heart attack in there somewhere (they almost didn't let me in the morning of NGPA).

Oh well, back to my happy place...

It's not under member login. Go back to the registration page, at the bottom click on Already Registered? Use your email and confirmation code, once logged in click my agenda. Then you can click Make new appointment.

It's still not user friendly to even do that. If you need help you can pm me.

If you're there for the whole thing you're out $1200 before food and possible transportation required. Of course, that's if you're a member. ACE camps are starting up. So it's still not too late to volunteer!

Thank you sir. Think I've got it all figured out now.

I wonder if scheduling the appointment counts towards points on the application. Successfully navigate the calendar? Move up a tier!
