NWA hiring F/A\'s

I didn't think they were booming that much. I couldn't believe they were hiring until I saw the fine print at the bottom of the ad:

Is management hedging their bets? Maybe they realize or don't expecet all involved to settle their differences.

Re: NWA hiring F/A\'s

Are you bleeping kidding me?

Advertising for scabs!?!?

The really sad thing is, there are people who will probably be jumping at the chance.

NWA was who I really wanted to work for. My first choice absolute dream job was to go to NWA as a F/A. My dad always flew NWA when he went overseas, and they operate out of MSP, which was close to where I went to college. I had my chance in January of 1997. Went to MSP for the interview, it went great, I was psyched until they asked how tall I was. I said 5'2" (their minimum). They said they had to verify it since I was so close. They stuck me up against a wall where there was a post-it note at the 5'2" mark. I was 1/2" too short. Broke my heart when they said "sorry, you're just not tall enough".

To see an ad like that, makes me glad I didn't go there!

Yep, here is the ad. It looks all great, until you get to the very bottom.
