November 29 Stans Class

your associate is right, the training at FlightSafety is very good, I only regret not doing my training there. They run a very tight ship with very high expectations so if you are planning on training here start studying.

ok boys I have another question, I failed my frasca last week for the IFR stans and I was told by someone that if you fail it twice you get TERMINATED! is this true???! I am freaking out now because I have my retake on thursday with AH and I know how tough he is, especially considering I unsated my NDB stuff.

I would be VERY surprised if they terminated you for failing twice on an IFR frasca. They are already using you for VFR, correct? If so, then they are making money using your talent. I think the worst case would be that you go back to VFR only flying and try again at a later date. A few years ago single engine standardization included instrument work. Back then if you didn't complete the IFR standardization portion you weren't considered standardized and then they could let you go. But since you are already generating revenue, I wouldn't worry too much about it. AH will make you retrain at least 1 area during standardization. It's like a rite of passage. Try not to lose sleep over it.

Don't worry. Study the areas you did unsatisfactory in, let AH flex his muscles and beat you up a little bit. Absorb what he teaches and always show him what he taught you.

In the end, he/they want to see you pass, not to mention create more revenue for the company. The more programs you're standardized in, the more they can use you.
