Have Commercial Single/Multi with Instrument.

Reside near SJC but willing to travel.

Experience in 150, 172 (G1000 and Steam gauge), 182, 210, Arrow, and Comanche.

Also Looking to build time, if anyone wants a XC partner or co-pilot for short(or long) trips I'll meet you at the airport.
 
try california airways at HWD, there doing traffic watch now. don't know what the mins are...
 
I'm also in the San Jose area and looking to build time. Would you like to split time?

Flyby is correct. It's something like Five Rivers LCC, some weird name, doing Bay Area flight watch now. They are located in a mobile office across from APP JetCenter at HWD. Check them out forogers.

Does anyone have more info about traffic watch in Bay Area or sacramento......
Does any one have any suggestions for someone who is not a CFI, except to buy time....

Ever since the last oil price hike the non-CFI time building jobs have been shrinking. Especially for people looking for a job in a specific area. Pipeline and aerial photography seem to be the two that have stuck around. You will most likely have to move or be on the road most of the year for a non-CFI job.
