Highly skilled, technically specialized, non-routine responsibility for scheduling and dispatch of all Hewlett-Packard Aviation Department aircraft. Responsible for exercising operational control of all company aircraft, manages and provides quality control for scheduling corporate aircraft, manages customer communication and addresses inquiries and trip requests, coordinates with flight crews, maintenance control and ground operations to ensure efficient day to day operations of all aircraft, develops and implements crew schedules, resolves escalated customer service issues as they arise, and plans for subsequent year flight activity. This position exercises these primary duties and responsibilities in accordance with FAA regulations and company policy.
This position requires a detailed knowledge of Federal Air Regulations, international planning, weather forecasting, aircraft performance, routes flown, airports used, SIFL/Proxy calculations and reporting, and corporate policy relative to HP operations. Strong teamwork skills mandatory with considerable initiative and ability to cooperate with all other departments, staff, and units of the company on a global basis.



It is desirable for this position to hold and maintain a valid and current FAA Dispatcher's License and perform routine route checks.
