Non Ajudicated DUI & MIP

I am 35 and going in for my first Medical in a couple weeks. When I was 18 I was arrested for DUI with a BAC of 0.062 (zero tolerance rule) and it was later non-ajudicated. At 20 I received a minor in possession of alcohol. Will this count as 2 “alcohol events” and will my medical get deferred?
