We're going with the weekend of October 26-29th.

The reason for adding the 26th is so we can get a couple of tours going on and/or sim rides like we did last year plus Thursday night hotels are known to be cheaper and it may be easier to non-rev on a Thursday/Saturday vs a Friday/Sunday.

go ahead and give me your feedback for what you'd like to see go on and we'll see what we can do. we may do this as more of a meet & greet (no registration etc) and not so much as a "event" type thing, just not that sure yet - we'll see as the spring/summer go on. :nana2:

so far, about the same prices as last year...

some only show up to september right now but if you reserve early, then there really shouldn't be too much problem and we'll have some good halloween LV strip parties to attend!

Why the possible change from an official capcity to non-official? I like that it is kinda the annual JC social event of the calendar!

well, not necessarily taking it out of "offical" capacity...it'd still be the annual social event of the year, we'd just be taking out the work of registration, goodie bags, nametags and so forth and making it more like a party like we did last year with sim rides or tours, maybe even door prizes, if we can get them.

with things just now starting to get stabilized in my corner (family issues), i might be able to do the work of registration but i'm not positive that I can handle it all and I just don't want to commit to that much work just yet.

Understood. Glad to hear that things are better now. Lastly I think that the name tags is a good idea, short of that the name tag stickers that say "Hello My Name is." So that we can know who everyone is in case new people show up.

SeanD yes Vegas!

Works for me. I'll put the dates down. Max, this may be the year you get to room with me...ruh roh!:)

If TonyW is mixing the drinks...I'm there.

LOL, what cracked me up was people saying, whoa, dude, these long islands are strong. Weeeeeel, when you combine a shot of vodka, rum, gin, tequilla, and triple sec, it's gonna be like Samuel Jackson beer.

It'll get you [messed] up.

Another year...another "maybe". ;) If'n my schedule at A.E. permits - I'll do my damndest.

If'n not - I'll just have to meet you all one, by one, by one, by one.........
