Newest Instrument Pilot

I finally did it. Took me five tries but I did it. You're looking at DCA's newest Instrument pilot. I thought I'd scare myself broke and leave DCA with only a few months of instrument traing, a but load of hours, not ticket and pennyless. I took the advice from Doug and othe JC'rs and took a break, exorcised all the bad thoughts in my head, and started over fresh. It worked and i had a blast on my checkride. Thanks guys!

Just out of curiosity, what held you back the first four times? If the school sent you up for the checkrides before you were ready, it's a good thing (or a bad thing) for THEM they have self-examining authority. Otherwise they'd be looking at a possible review of their 141 status. Granted I am biased against DCA....
