New XJT Website

And will give me other options out of TUS instead of having to drive to PHX for some flights! YEA!!

Any chance express jet will order the E170 or larger? Isn't the only reason that they don't currently have it, because of CO's scope clause?

I would think the E170 family would be the ideal airplane to do this sort of operation with.

Nope... not any time soon as far as we're concerned now.

That was the original reason... right now the reason is that another fleet type would be way too costly in a startup operation. New sims, new training, new mx, and... oh yeah... new airframes... ;)

Well... supposedly the research for this operation has been in the process for several years. We are being told that we pretty much knew that CAL wasn't going to re-up with us... if for no other reason but to diversify their regional fleet and not have all their eggs in one basket.

Anyway... from the info./kool-aid that we've been receiving... the research went into creating a product that would fit the "needs" of specific markets with 50 seat capacity product. The primary customer of focus for us appears to be the business traveler, who may not want to connect in MSP to get from MCI to TUS... or connect in CLE to get from MCI to SDF... or connect in DFW to get from MCI to AUS... etc...

We'll see how well they did their research...

Nice site
I think if they added a run to PVU from LAS and IWA with a stop in CDC it would work.

The paint grows on ya I like it!
