Another startup company a la NetJets is apparently opening up:

Some of the details of the USA Today article are inaccurate (ie, "jets include aircraft from manufacturers Citation and Falcon), and the way they set up their charges for the tier membership packages seem doubious (they want to charge folks to add passengers to their own itinerary, but then offer empty seats to other members for free??). I also wonder how folks will feel about their itineraries being made "public" to other members. But what do I know....I'm just a corp pilot.
 
Looks like they're just a broker:

Jumpjet Holdings, LLC is an agent for its members as required by the US Department of Transportation. Jumpjet uses FAA 135 certified operators to carry out all flights and does not own, lease or operate any aircraft. Jumpjet complies with all state and federal laws and all members are subject to TSA screening prior to joining the club
 
Good eye...looks like you're right. You grabbed that from the fine print on the front page of their website. Sorry, I missed that.
