new branch center?

I was looking at the employment for DCA Academy, and I saw a opening for a Base Manager in Dayton, OH. Does anyone know what going on because I'm from Ohio and are they doing something new or what?

That would be correct. I don't really know the specifics yet, such as what school they're affiliating with and when they want to start operations
