Pretty gutsy to open up a place like this in these times, particularly in FL where there seems to be no shortage of flight schools. And I honestly had no idea that RAA/Pan Am are no more. You'd think these people here would take notice of why those places aren't around. Eh screw it, not my problem.

I think, actually I know why. The loan market has all but dried up for vocational training, Simple as that! Low interest Student loans, grants and scholarships for students attending Federally approved Title 4 schools that have an accredited degree program are still very much available.

Pam Am left here several years ago, RAA last year.

Funny....:rotfl:

What's so funny, Ami? Didn't they treat you with so much respect? Didn't you fly five times every day? Didn't you praise their customer service and 'deeply' recommend them to us all?

Or did you realize the truth, leave, and then go finish your training at American Flyers?

An associates of aeronautical science. That sounds about as useful as an art history degree.

Thats what I did.
