How does pay at good 91/135 companies, in large cabin aircraft, compare to NJ? Taking into consideration the airframes pilots are hired into and upgrade time at NJ.
I guess the real question, regarding compensation, is; is there any real option other than NJ if you want to stay 91/135 and aren't holding your breath for a unicorn 91 job?
