Need some quick help with holding speeds

I am studying my holding speeds as follows. Are these correct or am I off?

MHA - 6000 = 200 KIAS
6,001- 14,000 = 230 KIAS
14,001 and higher = 265 KIAS

Remember, or at least this is the way I do it.

0
3
65

All those numbers are preceded by a 2. The 6, 14 you'll have to come up with your own memory aid. For some reason the above sequence helps me.

Minimum, mandatory, or maximum speed(s)?

:D

That's a great point! We have, on average, probably about 80 pilots a month in for recurrent training and it's absolutley amazing how many think that you are required to hold at these speeds - they are MAXIMUM speeds - you don't have to go that fast in a hold.
