Send me a PM! I live in the area and I just got my multi and need a job I'm willing to pay or bend over in what ever way to help you

What FSDO office do you work out of, Mr. Unger? :)
Because of my web site I get email like this a couple times a month. Typically they are from a yahoo or google account. I've always assumed these are really from the FAA.
I am interviewing in Lone Pine, but currently live in Tracy. If I am awarded this position, I will need frequent transportation to the nearest airport ( probably Harris Ranch) for at least my first year in Lone Pine. What is the frequency with which you travel to this area and the amount for a round trip?
I do answer them with a one liner like this.
My aircraft isn't licensed for charters. Sorry.

My aircraft isn't licensed for charters. But, for a small management fee, I'd be more than happy to assist in the purchase and operation of your own personal aircraft.

Fix it for ya.

Opportunity baby!

Everyone knows there's no money in that!

BAM- Just tripled his trophy points by liking his first post....... FSDO chaps need love too.

Not for the aircraft owner, but for you? I know plenty of people that have done very well for themselves with aircraft management.

I have done it, was getting paid 3K a month to take care of the plane and fly it once or twice a week with the owner PPL pilot.

So did one of my CFIs who bought and managed a brand new Archer for one of his students...

It actually feels like owning an airplane without having to pay for it, awesome feeling, I would also be able to use it for just operating costs...
