Wife completed her first full 140.6 Ironman this weekend at Panama City. 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run.

I had a greasy patty melt at Waffle House in her honor :rawk:

WOW!! A full, eh?? I did a half ironman last year and it about killed me :drool:. I have no idea how a human being can propel themselves DOUBLE that distance. But that is awesome.

Can't believe how you can finish a 2.4mi swim, then bike for over a hundred miles, than still have the energy to run a freakin MARATHON.
