Multi training in Tn

I am trying to find a place in Tn to get my multi rating and was wondering if anybody knew anywhere that offered training? I have found one place in Lebanon,Tn that gives up to ten hrs and free ground in a c-310 for $2700. They also have timebuilding for 260/hr. with instructor. This sounds like a good deal for both, but then again I dont know the going rate for a 310? Any ideas,suggestions, feel free to post 'em!

The 310 is a lot of plane for initial multi training, with that said though, that is a great price for a wet 310 with instruction!

I think there's a place at John Tune Airport that does multi training in a Baron for $290 dual... not sure what's up with TN and high performance twins...
