Multi Time Building - South Florida

Would anyone in South Florida want to time build on a multi? My instructor is looking to build around 25 hours and has an airplane available in Miami for $250 wet but is willing to travel around the Florida region to build time cheaper/quickly. If you need more than 25 hours, he is willing to work with you. Let me know if you want his contact info.
 
Is he wanting to split that $250/hour? I will be needing about 15 hours soon, preferably all at night if possible since I'm short on that for ATP mins.

Is he wanting to split the $250 or is that per person?
 
He wanted to split $250 in half ($125) but he stated to me today that he has already found another instructor to split this /: Sorry guys, was just trying to help him.
 
If anyone is still reading this thread, I am also looking to build Multi time here in Florida, I live in Melbourne but I do not have access to a rental multi-engine plane. I would like about 20 hours, but would take whatever comes along, I am also working on multi-CFI so I do not mind sitting right seat the entire time.

I need about 10 hours, I have access to a C310 out of KTMB
