Piece of Trash
Well, we're out of FL now and into Memphis, TN. My flight school is still looking for a replacement twin, so I still don't have my CMEL. Since Sallie Mae isn't being helpfull at all, I'm waiting on them to find a twin so I can DRIVE back to FL, train for a week, and then get my rating. Unfortuantely, this pushes PACE all the way back to April for me. ERAU won't give me credit for anything less than CMEL with Instrument towards my Associate's, and I need that to go to PACE. Last interview is Oct 6th, and I need to have all of my application material in two weeks prior to that. On the other hand, at least I KNOW I'll be here on or around March 18th, and I'm pretty sure my wife will be happy with that. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Well, welcome back to Tennessee....gotta change the location in your profile now!! Now all I've gotta do is talk a student into going to Memphis for a XC!!!

Who are you flying with out there??

Right now, no one. I'm gonna drive around and call places tomorrow looking for a) a decent place to rent planes b) a place I might be able to work on my CFI/Comm SE and c) a job. If I find one that has all three, I'm there, dude. However, I still have to make it back down to FL to finish out my Multi Comm once they get another twin.

Her date is March 18th?

At my last doc appointment that's what my due date got pushed back to! (It was supposed to be March 3rd, but my ultrasound showed I wasn't as far along as I'd thought.)

Currently, yeah it's March 18th. However, we think it'll probably get pushed back a week or two. We're pretty sure she isn't as far along as the docs higher math suggests.

An ultrasound will help pinpoint an accurate date. With going off the pill I guess I didn't really have correct 'dates' to give, so my first due date was based on mis-information. The ultrasound was supposed to be at 12 weeks (for some test or another, I forgot what it's called) and the tech took one look at our little bean and said "that's not a 12-week baby, it's way too early for this test. Come back in two weeks." The measurements that were taken at that time showed a perfectly healthy, properly developing baby at 10 weeks. I think that happens fairly often, where you think it happened at a certain time, but (at least in my case) not really sure.
