"Must relocate to within a one hour driving distance of the Monett Municipal (M58) airport."

I don't think Jack Henry has a real stellar reputation, but times change. Maybe they have gotten better over time. (Most of the rumors about my flight department are false, so it stands to reason that theirs may be too)

And Rogers isn't THAT bad. Our local "airline" airport XNA has nonstops to Los Angeles, Miami, New York (EWR and LGA), Charlotte, Raleigh, Dallas, Houston, Memphis, Minneapolis, Detroit, Chicago (ORD), Denver ....

So we do have a pretty robust population of transient business travelers who demand all of the comforts of everyday life that they enjoy in the cities they come from. You'll find all of the usual Starbucks, chain restaurants, movie theaters, upscale shopping and dining, and down at the University of Arkansas (another 25 minutes south) Broadway shows, bars and clubs, etc.

It's not so bad.

I know people who have flown for this op. It's good pay, but I've heard stories about some fairly unsafe practices in the past. I'm sure they're well-maintained a/c.

Pretty sure you're on the pager, get paid a flat rate per diem if they call you out whether it's 10 minutes or 8 hours. It's a bank software co. with 7 citations...I'm fairly certain the op consists primarily of getting programmers on-site when mainframes/ATM software goes down. Not sure though, but 7 jets for one smallish corporation leads me to believe it's more than just the execs getting flown around.

I know some people who have worked there. Plan on flying about 100 hours a month. That's a LOT for a Part 91 job. The good news is that most trips are day trips (out and backs).

I'm from there, and know a fair amount about the company. Know some good and some bad. PM me if you have any questions about the area. Monett isn't a bad town, and actually Springfield, MO is closer than Rogers, AR.

I'd sell my soul to tell people my kid was born in Missouri instead of Arkansas. <sigh> Alas he was born in Bentonville. :(
