I forget how to decode this... how do I find its distance and radial???

Cumulonimbus, Distant Northwest-North, Temperature 25.6 C dewpoint 11.1 C

This one isnt giving a radial

Oh that's right. I'm dumb. I forgot about the "exact" temp and DP...

Of course it's important to know right down to the .01 of the temperature :sarcasm: :D

Not to us, but it is to some weather professionals, who use the Metars as well. Guy at the weather service told me older Fahrenheit temperatures provided a finer granularity in the temperature measurement, but when it was changed to Celsius, with its smaller temperature range, they needed the extra decimal point to restore the same level of detail.
 
FYI, the bolded zeros mean it is positive. If it were a one, it would mean negative temp or dew point.
