Mesa Airlines Junior bases?

Just wondering what people are getting assigned and the chance of getting a base in Hawaii? Or at least a base in the west? PHX, DEN, ORD

have you done your research on mesa and the cost of living in hawaii? Plus, you might want to research the difference between mesa outside of hawaii vs the hawaiian counterpart....if you haven't started this research yet, i'd get going on it and inform yourself.

there are many threads on the subject...most of which might be under hot topics.
 
People are getting ORD and IAD right away, and PHX as soon as 6 months (though you'll be on reserve forever there). DEN is no longer a domicile. As far as Hawaii goes, people are getting it within 6 months also, HNL being most the most junior of the hawaii bases because its a reserve base.

DEN no longer a domicile? Bummer - guess Mesa should stop building lines for DEN then and this is going to come as a TERRIBLE shock for the people reporting to work there.

First time I've seen SJS in a 21 year spiky haired FO actually dismiss a whole group of pilots and a domicile because the planes there have big whirry things on the outside. I guess they don't call them "Dash-Trash" because of all the respect they get given.

People are also getting JFK right away as well.

The rest of it I can agree with on the junior bases. And also last I heard, they were not hiring into the Dash.
