A Mercy Flight helicopter crashed north of Batavia-Genesee County Airport, NY (KGVQ) during a training flight. Both pilots sustained fatal injuries.
New York State Police Major said that they are not yet certain why the helicopter went down. He said " it is possible that the helicopter may have struck power lines on the way down, but he believes they did not cause the crash."
