Memphis area flying gigs

Just thought I would make my first post, just moved to the Memphis area from Alaska for my primary job. Anyone know of any good flying gigs around the Memphis area? About 2400 TT, 800 ME Turbine. Mostly been flying Kings and Malibus lately. About to wrap up my ATP, finally figured it was time to knock it out...lol

Check out Mountain Air Cargo. They are hiring for an ATR FO in MEM.

Prefer to have something on the side. I work in FDX flt operations currently and would love to find something on the side to keep me going. Maybe I can be one of those freight haulers one day.....lol. You know of anything around? Seems like most of everything I have been finding is a dead end.
 
Have you checked out air venture for flight instructing (Olive Branch airport)? Not sure if that's your avenue but last time I was there I believe they were looking for instructors.

edit: also welcome to memphis. I've enjoyed my time here, and my time working in flt ops at fdx

Everything that I know of is full time.

The only part time stuff is probably the aforementioned flight instruction stuff.
 
What kind of full time gigs you got in mind, I think if the mood is right it might be time for a career change.....lol

SeaPort. You'll get some good time and meet some cool people along the way.
 
Yea I have heard that from a lot of other people. Don't seem to be to many private jobs around with a corporation in a king or something.....
 
Hah I figured flight instructing most likely wasn't your thing with your time :P. I'll keep my ears open...I leave in 2 months but if I hear anything I'll let you know!
