Medxpress approval

I had my medical exam early this month and my ECG came back abnormal with multiple messages. My AME told me it was ok, and when compared to my one from last year which was normal, looked almost identical. I’m a skinny guy, and he said it often will be overly sensitive due to a thin chest wall. He issued my 1st class, put some notes in Medxpress, but told me I might get a letter from the FAA. I just reviewed my application and have a green check mark under certification status. Since I’m worried I may still get a letter, can someone tell me if that means the FAA has reviewed and approved it, or could that just mean it was issued by my AME and could still be pending FAA review?
Thanks

The second one. I wouldn't worry too much about it...if you ARE worried...go to your doctor, get a cardiologist referral and get a battery of tests done...and submit to your AME at your next appointment.
