Medrol Dose Pak

Hey doc, my AME won't get back to me about a medication. I tried to look it up but can't find it. Can I fly on Medrol Dose Pak? An ortho prescribed it to treat inflammation/swelling in my knee that I had surgery on a couple years ago.

You cannot fly for the first 2 days you take it. Dose is DQ.

The real question is: if you had an emergency, would the knee pain prevent you from safely handling the emergency and exiting the aircraft? If the answer is no, then you should not fly until the knee is better.
 
Knee is giving me issues during exercise. Nothing I couldn't overcome need be in an emergency.
 
I just want to be sure I understand this correctly. I just got the meds and it's a 6 day course. Am I ok to fly on the third day of the course?
