Following in the footsteps of Chicago... Kansas City basically wants money from the airport to spend elsewhere rather than on aviation related expenses. Hmmm.

Gov. Jodi Rell will make ya a deal on Bradley Int'l, serivng Hartford, Ct. and Springfield, Mass.
Feds GAVE it to the State and now the State wants to sell it? Prolly quite a lot of improvements were made,....

Kansas City is running low on funds and needs to find someone to lease that huge maintence base in two years. I can see why selling it makes sense.

Well looks like MCI and MKC were going to be sold, but some people didn't like it, so it's stalled at this point.
