Maryland here I come!!!!

Well for all of you who read my post a few weeks ago about loosing my job I got another offer today!!!!
It's for a flight test engineering position in Patuxent River, Maryland!! For those of you who do not know, that's about an hour
south of DC. I'll be doing testing on the F-18 super hornet which sounds really cool. The job should pay enough for me
to finish up my CFI tickets and get some multi time!!
Is anyone familiar with the flying in southern Maryland and if so feel free to let me know. I"ve never even been up there
so I don't know what it's like...
 
Yea, I was a flight test engineer for Boeing but moved to Cessna Aircraft because of their flying club. I was laid off from Cessna and am now hired back on with Boeing
as a contractor in Maryland. I'm just wondering if any of you guys are from that area and could give me some info as to the
flying there.
 
What would you like to know about flying in Maryland? Let me know and I'll be happy to answer your questions.
