Martinaire is needing a 1900 pilot for the Sioux Falls area. I think it’s starting at $32K

$32k, whatever...

I really wish I can post what our pilots made on that route to put it in perspective.

Well, I know why Martex gets this since another big freight company had to leave Sioux before they even started...

I'm the first to dog on Martex because of their pay, but that was a fatal error on your guys end not anything to do with Martex. In fact this isn't even for a route you guys had won, since you didn't win any routes from Martinaire.

every time i post a job for Martinaire you have to come on and attack the company. What's your problem with Martinaire?

Actual it doesn't sound like a half bad company. Your guys pay is absolutely disgusting though, and your winning routes based on that. That's my biggest gripe. You guys deserve better then that pay, and hope to see you guys get it at some point.

Competitive mins? 3000hrs, 700ME, time in type, maybe a type?

I dunno, I love this gig. I could always get paid more, but this is a breath of fresh air for me. I have a great schedule, nobody ever questions my judgment - to the point where it's disconcerting, the company more or less has your back (though if you hang yourself you're kind of screwed) and they don't push their pilots - at least they haven't pushed me.

FAR 2 is a super easy job, with a decent schedule. Monday morning at roughly midnight through Friday night, you get a substantial amount of time off during the day, and you don't have to touch any boxes.
