Marine 3 Star General Is A Pretty Cool Guy

I was reading CNN today and I came across THIS story about a Marine general talking about how it is fun to shoot people who abused women and such.

I think he is a badass for putting his stars out there for telling how it really is over there. They don't give 3 stars to an idiot so he had to know he would be pissing off the panty waste media, but I am glad someone has balls when the media is around.



"You go into Afghanistan, you got guys who slap women around for five years because they didn't wear a veil," Mattis said. "You know, guys like that ain't got no manhood left anyway. So it's a hell of a lot of fun to shoot them."

I thought of loyd when I heard that earlier. I actually heard the audio, he sounds like an old school southern boy. The news said that the Marine Commandant talked to him on use of wording today.

Lloyd- Is the commandant a 4 star, or a civilian?
 
I hope his higher up isn't a giant lardass like the AF's Roche, well at least he is leaving if he is not gone already.

I think that this is another case of "open mouth, insert foot"

I agree that guys that abuse women are the scum of the earth. Shooting, stabing, or beating one wouldn't cause me to lose much sleep.

That said, this guy should have chosen his words better.
