Okay let me play devil's advocate, give the guy the bennefit of the doubt, and assume it is true that the FA refused to stay in the jumpseat, and the captain allowed her to kick the guy out of his seat. Why not let him sit in the jumpseat? Before anyone says anything about it being illegal for him to occupy a jumpseat, consider how legal it is for him to sit in the lav instead.
A much better idea would be to let the F/A come up front for a bit. Sometimes a change of scenery or a break from the self-loading cargo helps them out.
God forbid this is true, I'm sure the CA will be canned. However, as everyone here has said I think the odds of that are slim to none. On the other hand, maybe some other idiot F/A told the guy to go sit in the head. That would be slightly more believable. (No offense to the non-idiot F/As.)
