I know in the past carriers would hire low time english speaking pilots. Is this still the case or has the industry changed?

Any updates on any low time pilot openings? I know susi air is always hiring but I have loans to pay and I cant afford to be paid less than 2k a month. 350 hrs currently

I applied to Susi and other last week and I have 340hrs... No reply yet.
Two years ago I applied at Susi with under 300 and got a call in less than a day. Might have just been good timing.
Then again I don't know how anyone works for that pay.....

Damm ok.
I applied them again.
Now with 350TT and 10 Hours on the C210
But still no reply... I also heard that visa's are hard to get in Indo nowadays.
