Low time pilot jobs

Hey guys, not sure if this is the right forum for this question but here i go. I was wondering if anybody new of any type of jobs that would hire a new single engine commercial pilot with an instument rating with about 280 hours. If any one has names of comapnies in socal that would be great. Thanks

The most common advice you'll get is: get your CFI. I had 286 hours when I was hired as a CFI.

Get your multi and the list will be a little bigger.
