That's what she said
First off, I know this is a long shot, but ya never know. Some of you guys on here are capable of magic it seems like
I just committed the cardinal sin of leaving something expensive in the seatback pocket of a commuting flight. That something was an iPad that was given to me by my wife only a few months ago...I'd rather not make her smoke at the nostrils.
Anyhoo...I was on Delta 1889 from DTW to MSP. It arrived at gate C3. I'm pretty sure that the aircraft was on a quick turn...I was unable to find out where it was going. The aircraft was an Airbus 320 and I was in seat 6F. This all took place less than two hours ago.
I tried, unsuccessfully, to find a local Minneapolis Delta customer service number. The 1-800 number references me to the website to fill out a lost item report. I've done that, it just seems like more could be done...I know the who what when why and where, unlike most people who probably lose things. Plus I have recency on my side...for now.
I've locked out the iPad with a message saying to call me if found...but who knows if that'll work. Anyway, any advise? Any chance that the guys flying the bird right now are JC'rs? Thanks for any help.
