Logbook Pro on a Mac?

Any one have any experience with that? I don't feel like loading windows on my computer, but need an easier way to keep track of my flight times. It's getting tough keeping up with my times, and I've heard great things about the program.

If you want LBP you'll have to bite the bullet and load windows. You can however buy a cheap hard drive, load a copy of widows on that and either boot from USB using bootcamp or Vmfusionware. While not perfect, I've done both and it works. Plus using an external drive you can store it separate form your lap top. Or you could even get a cheap netbook and use it just for LBP. I am also super lazy when it comes to updating my logbook. I think I'm about 6-700 hrs behind. :)

Logten is the only one that I know of thats worth anything.. I've talked to people who are interested in writing one but thats as far as its gone.

LogTen iPhone app and desktop app are 50% off through the end of the year. Now is the time to buy.

Question about LogTen...

I have an iPad and maybe an iPhone sometime soon, though I can see myself ever getting a Mac. Can I survive with the iPad version? Does it do everything the Mac version does? Most importantly printing?

Printing only works with iPads on select printers. Basically the printer driver has to be written in a way that allows the device to print without having the driver installed. HP, Epson and a few others are the only ones that offer models that allow this.

Tell me about it. I've been using flightlogg.in for a couple of years, and it has served me well for free. Only vaguely considering Log Ten as it is half price.

I just got LogTen and have begun the always fun process of entering in the flights.... I have used FlightLogg.in for several years, but somewhere along the line that and my logbook have disagreed, so I decided just to re-enter in everything form start and see where the mistake was...

How many hours worth? Unless the disagreement was more than 10, I cannot see myself being bothered.

About five... but since I use that for my totals, I don't want there to be a discrepancy for interviews and such.
