Description: Give Your Career Freedom to Fly
Linear Air is a Part 135 on-demand charter company that flies the exciting Eclipse 500 Very Light Jet and the Cessna Caravan in an 8-place Executive configuration.
At Linear Air, we're already providing smart aviation choices to travelers who are interested in regional flights based on their own schedules and at very competitive fares.
This visionary concept has already taken off along with our expansion plans for adding more bases in other cities. Because of our business model, pilots enjoy shorter flights with fewer passengers and usually return to their base cities nightly, resulting in a better work/life balance. If you're interested in joining an elite airline team, we're interested in meeting you.
We provide:
• 4 weeks of paid training for the Eclipse Jet
• Health and dental insurance
• 401(k)
• Profit-sharing plan
• Paid Vacation
• Quality of life scheduling
Requirements/Qualifications:
-500 hrs TT, 100 hrs multi-engine
-Residence within 1 hour of the base in reasonable traffic
-Strong customer service skills
-"Can do" attitude
Compensation: $31,000.00 - $47,000.00 Annually
Benefits: One of the most advantageous benefits of a career at Linear Air is the opportunity to return to your home base most nights. Also, for early to mid-career pilots, it will help take their career to the next level by allowing them to fly a jet before they might be able to elsewhere. Linear Air is also employing part-time pilots and providing opportunities to fly that they might not be able to obtain elsewhere.
When it comes to what’s most important to our staff, we’re once again a leader in our field. Here’s the short list!
Training
• 3 weeks of paid training for the Caravan • 4 weeks of paid training for the Eclipse Jet • Type rating in the Eclipse Jet
• Health and dental insurance • 401(k) • Equity in the company • Vacation • A professional yet casual environment • A family-like atmosphere
• Friendly, supportive team • Quality of life scheduling
