Linear Air (Air Taxi)

Does anyone have any information about Linear Air or know anyone who flys for them. They currently use Caravans, but alledgedly have 25 Eclipse 500 Jets on order and plan to keep the Caravans they have now. Considering they have 25 total employees, I'm guessing there will be some hiring in the near future.

This summer after working at an airport as a lineman where they fly into, I saw them almost on a daily basis.

They are pleasure to deal with and have a great vibe that comes along with them. I was able to check out the inside of the Caravans a few times. They are top notch luxury inside. Other than that, I met quite a few of their pilots and they are great people and willing to talk with you about aviation and about their company. Altogether, I think they are a fantastic company and I think they will be successful in the long run. If you want to know anything else, just ask.

Here are there published mins for SIC taken from their website:

SICs

If you are a highly motivated First Officer with solid customer service experience, then do not miss this opportunity to join an expanding organization with excellent career potential. Requirements include: 1400 TT; 100 Multi Engine Hours; Commercial Pilots License and Instrument rating.

That is insane for SIC on a Cessna Caravan! They must either pay a ton or I don't know what. I was astonished to see that on their website and would be more astonished to know the number of applicants they hire into the right seat at those times. The only thing I can imagine is that maybe everyone will become a captain once the jets come online (hence the ME requirements) but other than that I am baffled.
