I checked out ebay and didn't see anything. Wondering if there is a slightly used set that someone is not happy with. Send me a pm if your interested in selling one.

with the lack of posts on here, i am thinking the same thing although I got excited when I saw that someone did post in here.

Eh, I've been very happy with my Zulu's after 1.5 or two years of use on the Saab 340 and now as spikey haired SJS CRJ pilot.

I don't know what all the complaints are out there, but other than playing with the adjustable mic gain every once in a while, I love mine. When I was a Captain I loved the Bluetooth on it for MX calls and write-ups. A free hand helps tremendously.

Oh, and not selling them.

From Pc-12 to Pitts I loooooove my Zulu's. So much I have 2 hehe. Nothing like listening to music via bluetooth while inverted, or while in the Pilatus. Grab yourself a nice new pair it will be the best money you have ever spent!

Just make sure you are paying around that 800 range. I got mine for 850 and prolly should have got them for a little less.
if you know of any places to find them new under 850 send me the link, I cant find any for under 850 at the moment.

Lol. Goto the FBO, tell the guy that your a broke ass pilot and need a discount. That got me down to 850.

i thought about that idea... but then did a little more searching and Lightspeed does a trade up program and I just so happen to be wearing an older pair of lightspeed so I now have a pair of zulu's on order for 650

Look around and see if you can find an OLD Lightspeed headset on ebay or Craigslist. Buy that and then send it into Lightspeed to participate in their Zulu upgrade program. That'll knock between $200 and $500 off the price depending on the model of the old headset. Even if you pay $100 for an old 15K model, you're still saving a good amount of cash. Big reason why Zulus are in my future instead of Bose.

<EDIT> HA! Guess that'll teach me to read all the posts to the very end before I respond. Good on ya for finding the trade up program. Go for it.

not a problem, you do bring up a great idea, i think i might try and find an old pair of a higher end model and buy them for cheap.
Thanks though
