Talked to some eas'ed Marines today. Said they got the call to return to active duty from inactive reserve status.

Anyone else hear anything?

We were told we had to deactivate 3 months early. They give you 2 days notice (maximum) when you get activated, and just a couple weeks notice when they deactivate you (kinda hard when you get used to the constant paycheck and have to go back to flight instructing for $)

As long as my final destination will have a beer tent. Damn I hate those dry areas. Even the tent city in Oman had a beer tent. You were given a card, and allowd 2 per day. Of course we worked are away around that one
