I interviewed for a flying job two months ago ... I didn't have a necessary endorsement to fly for the company. In an e-mail I received after the interview from the chief pilot (who I interviewed with), he told me to "get that endorsement and we'll go from there." $1000+ later (to get the endorsement), two e-mails and a US Mail letter to tell him I got it, I've heard nothing back. I understand flying positions are competitive but when you tell an applicant go spend quite a bit of money on an endorsement that he would otherwise not consider adding, I feel like I at least deserve a response. I haven't given up yet ... two months isn't that long ... but it's soon approaching the point where I may have to read the handwriting on the wall and accept that I lost big time here! Any other thoughts?
