Think very carefully about leasebacks before you do it.
Find out if the FBO pays their bills, else you might find yourself paying them to get your title clear. If the FBO even gives you a whiff of being a "shoestring" operation, RUN.
Furthermore, you have no idea just how bad a plane can get trashed until you see what renters to to them.
If you're stretching to buy a plane, I recommend you get one good partner rather than do a leaseback. It will cut your bills 50% with a hell of a lot less abuse and financial risk.
