Lear 55 training materials

As the title states, does anyone have or know of anywhere to get training materials (viewable online) for the Lear 55 aircraft? Smartcockpit.com is a little lacking in the Lear department. I'm just looking for checklists, normal and emergency procedures. Anything extra would be a bonus. As for what I need them for, I'd rather not say just yet.

whoever does your type rating will have them. alternatively i hear fs x has a lear 45, probably comes with some checklists.

The 45 and 55 are nowhere near the same airplane. And although I'm an avid fan of FS, I'd never use any of the checklist junk from it for real world operations.

then perhaps you can find checklists in the "normal procedures" part of your AOM. The rest of what you are looking for is in the "emergency/abnormals" section. Are you preparing for a type? You'll get checklists.

I know they can be found in the AOM, but I don't have access to the AOM just yet. I'm just trying to get a head start on things. I guess its just a little bit of the excitement getting to me.

And no, not working on the type rating just yet.

I'm not going to act like I know why you need them but if you have a potential job flying a 55 then FSI or Simuflite will provide you with everything you need. No need for pre-training studying IMO. Also, if the company you may get an opportunity with isn't planning on sending you to Initial training at either FSI or Simuflite you may want to look a little deeper and consider not accepting the position. I'm happy to help with any questions or anything else you may need regarding the 55 via PM or general forum. Good luck.:)
