Florida Jet Service is a well-established on-demand Part 135 charter company with an outstanding reputation based at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE). Our fleet includes two mid cabin Lear 55’s, one large cabin Gulfstream III, and one EC-130 helicopter. All of our aircraft are meticulously maintained at our part 145 service and repair station. Florida Jet Service is AR/GUS Gold rated and IS-BAO compliant.
Florida Jet Service is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to fill a full-time Pilot-in-Command position for our fleet of Lear 55 aircraft. A preferred applicant must demonstrate mastery of airmanship and crew coordination and have excellent customer service skills. Crew members can expect to do mostly out and back day trips with an occasional overnight trip. Florida Jet pilots can expect to be away from home less than five days out of every month.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting Base Salary: $80,000/year
Minimum 6 Hard Days off Per Month and 3 weeks of vacation per year
Healthcare plans provided; Dental, and Vision Plans also Available
Cell Phone Allowance
Required Credentials:
Must Hold a Type Rating
3,000 Total Time
500 PIC Jet
First Class Medical
Reside within 1 hour of Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE)
No Accidents, Violations, DUI’s, or letters of investigation
Preferred Credentials:
LR-JET Type Rating
Part 91/121/135 PIC Turbine Experience
