Hey, I've given in and signed up for ATP's 14 day CFI, CFII, MEI program. It starts on June 8. It only lasts 14 days, so I only need it for 15 or 16 days.

I'm looking for a room I can rent on the cheap. I'm very easy to get along with, and low mx. When I'm not at training (which lasts all day) I'll be running, sleeping, or studying.

If you have a bike or car I could use to get to the airport LZU I'd be happy to pay you for using it. I have never been in an accident (driving or flying).

I'm courteous and friendly and as I said before, very easy to get along with.

Anyone able to help me out?

I was checking out that program as well, are they going to be able to get your checkrides done during those 15-16 days or are you going to have to return for them?

Just wondering how that works.

You may also want to check the local classifieds and on craigslist as well if you don't have any luck from the local JC members. I've seen rooms posted for the low at a couple different sites.

I believe the MEI checkride comes a couple of days into the course... then the II ride after that and on the last day the CFI-A ride.

Still looking, i'll let you know if i find something.

I signed up for this too - I believe there is an extended stay nearby which runs about $180 / week. THey had details at the ATP office in LZU.

I'm starting the course on June 22nd - so please post feedback about your likes dislikes etc
